หลักการทำงาน
เครื่องดักขยะอัตโนมัติที่ใช้ติดตั้งในระบบบำบัดน้ำเสีย น้ำเสียเข้าสู่เครื่องดักขยะโดยการปั๊มเข้าสู่ถังกระจายน้ำภายในเครื่องจักรที่มีความกว้างเท่ากับความกว้างของหน้าตะแกรง ที่มีลักษณะเป็นตะแกรงทรงกระบอก โดยตะแกรงนี้ถูกออกแบบให้มีลักษณtป้องกันการอุดตัดของเศษขยะ โดยมีลักษณะเป็นลิ่ม(Trapezoid- section) ตะแกรงทรงกระบอกนี้จะทำการหมุนอย่างช้า ๆ เพื่อให้ไปด้านหน้าเพื่อให้ขยะที่ปะปนมากับน้ำเสียติดที่ด้านหน้าตะแกรง โดยที่ปลายอีกด้านหนึ่งมีใบมีดปาดตะกอนออกจากผิวของตะแกรง และมีน้ำล้างหน้าตะแกรงเพื่อให้เกิดความสะอาด และน้ำเสียที่แยกขยะออกแล้วผ่านทะลุเข้าสู่ตะแกรงทรงกระบอกด้านในลงสู่ช่องออกด้านล่างของตะแกรงเพื่อออกไปสู่ขบวนการถัดไป

How does it work
The sewage to be treated enters and is distributed in a tank which has the same width as the screening drum. The drum is made in a special trapezoid-section profile and, by rotating slowly, carries outwards the solids contained in liquids. By means of a skimming blade these solids are separated and removed from the drum, while the liquid enters first from the upper part inside the drum and out again at once from the lower part cleaned from possible solids. A further washing inside the filtering drum is done by the spraying nozzles.

หลักการทำงาน
เครื่องดักขยะที่ใช้งานง่ายสะดวกไม่มีระบบกลไกเคลื่อนไหวในการใช้ งาน น้ำเสียที่เข้ามาจะถูกส่งเข้าสู่รางรับน้ำด้านบนเครื่องดักขยะและไหลแบบ gravity ลงมาสู่ตะแกรงรองรับด้านล่าง ซึ่งตะแกรงมีช่องห่างหลายขนาด เช่น 0.5, 0.75, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0 mm. ลักษณะของตะแกรงเป็นตะแกรงทรงโค้งเอียงตามแนวดิ่ง ซี่ตะแกรงมีลักษณะทรงลิ่ม เพื่อไม่ให้เกิดการอุดตันซึ่งสามารถปรับองศาเพื่อให้ตะกอนที่แยกออกมาสะสมอยู่บนตะแกรงมากน้อยแตกต่างกันตามความต้องการ

How does it work
Operation of this filter is per­fectly simple: the water to be treated enters the delivery tank and pours evenly onto the filter element comprising special grids which may have different sizes according to the type of solids being separated (0,5 - 0,75 - 1 - 1,5 - 2 ­ 3mm.).

How does it work
It is usually installed directly in a concrete channel. The screen field is made of a curved perforated sheet of AISI 304, and retains the solids presents in the liquid. The solids collected on the screen field are wiped by a special brush fixed over the edge of the screw, on the filtering chamber. The screw, that has no shaft, permits to transport the screenings over the transportation chamber up to 35 degrees of inclination from the horizontal.

A compactation chamber, positioned before the discharging tube, compacts up to 50% of the volume of the screened material. Over request, for very heavy-duty screenings, it could be possible to install a washing system inside the filtering chamber. The screenings are discharged over the upper part of the unit through a cylinder or rectangular discharging tube.

How does it work

How does it work.

How does it work
MAT Screen is installed into the channel. The wastewater flows  into  the  drum  via  the  open  front  side and through the filtering surface.

The special shape of the wedge wire ensure that the screenings stick to the drum and reduces  the danger of clogged screen area. The machine starts working if due to  the screen  area blockage a certain water level is reached in front of  the plant . By meaning of the  rotating wedge wire drum the screening are removed. With the help of a spray bar the screening are directed into a collection hopper which is centrally arranged in the drum.

The screw conveyor in the hopper which is fixed to the drum,transports  the screenings discharged to the enclosed rising pipe.

The conveying screw transports,  dewaters and compacts the screenings and discharge them into the provided container.
