How does it work
RAKE SCREEN   is a self clearing fine screen suitable for direct installation in channels.It feature a continuous filtering mat consisting of many special shaped teeth assembled on a series of parallel shafts.The screen separates waste water from all the suspended solids bigger than the selected screen holes. The drive system consists of gear motor, drive shaft, sprockets and steel chain.

This allows the discharge of all debris and simultaneously self cleans the screen by a rotating brush . The filtering mat, driven by 2 chains, runs along guide rails and is supported by a robust frame either of carbon steel painted or hot dip galvanized, or stainless steel. The filter elements are made of high resistance plastic compound.
